WORKOUT 1:

Perform as a circuit; completing each exercise and moving onto the next with little rest in-between. Perform one set on each machine. The reps will depend on your goal.

Warm-Up

5 Minutes on cardio machine of your choice.

REPEAT: 3 circuits of the above.
