30 Minute Total Body Workout
WORKOUT 1:
Perform as a circuit; completing each exercise and moving onto the next with little rest in-between. (One set of each exercise on each circuit.)
Warm-Up
5 Minutes on cardio machine of your choice.
- Squat
- Seated Cable Row
- Step-Ups
- Standing Bicep Curls
- Lateral Shoulder Raise
- Dumbbell Chest Press
- Step-ups
- Tricep Kickback
- Step-ups
REPEAT: 2 circuits of the above.
