I first discovered yoga about 7 years ago and have been practicing ever since! I have recently started teaching yoga, and found that teaching has deepened my awareness as well as my practice. Yoga is so beneficial and enjoyable, and finds ways to make itself applicable to each part of my day. I really enjoy teaching at the ARC - students are so respectful and eager to learn! I encourage everyone to try yoga at least once in their life, although, many practicing yoga students can agree when I say that the real benefits come with time. So, if you've been practicing for years, or are brand new, I hope you'll find a place in my class that is challenging and rewarding to YOU!
