AS/SDSU Campus Recreation Member Contract Responsibilities
 
  • Members are responsible for a minimum of
    4 months membership/payment.
  • Membership does not automatically cancel (not even when you graduate or leave SDSU). Members must complete a cancellation form by the 24th of the month to avoid next month's billing cycle. There are two methods to cancel:
    1. In Person (ARC or Aquaplex)
    2. Online at arc.sdsu.edu
  • Members should review their bank statements on a monthly basis. Any billing/account problems should be reported within 30 days for proper adjustment. Account adjustments will not exceed 90 days.
  • A $10 service fee is assessed for all non-collected monthly dues. Members should complete a Change of Billing form for any changes with their account (new account #, exp. date change, lost or stolen cards, closed accounts, etc...)
  • Members are responsible for following all guidelines stated
    in the Member Handbook
  • Members are responsible for reading and abiding by all facility rules
