Olivia Kallai
Class Instructor
Olivia is a Kinesiology major at San Diego State University, currently working toward becoming a Physician Assistant. She has been passionate about health and fitness from a young age and has always embraced an intuitive joy in helping others. Growing up, Olivia could often be found working out with free weights or machines at the gym and learning everything she could about exercise and nutrition in her free time. She also became intensively involved in competitive swimming for seven years. During her second semester at SDSU, Olivia discovered the power of mindfulness and meditation. In her free time, she continues to enjoy learning about the intimate relationship between the mind and body. One day, Olivia hopes to work with others combining her love for physical fitness and cultivating a joyful spirit. Her current favorite class to teach is Total Strength!
