Fitness Friday: Optimum Human Performance
CLASS TYPE: Cardio/Strength


Learn about ways you can increase your mobility and fitness levels. This class will combine kettlebells, primal movements, myofascial release techniques to help you get to the next level.

Class Instructor


Antonio is a lifelong athlete and student of human movement and performance. During his undergradute degree at SDSU Antonio discovered a passion for campus recreation by first being a participant of everything Aztec Recreation had to offer and eventually becoming an instructor his senior year. After completing his Masters Degree in Sports Performance from Point Loma Nazarene University, he began working for the United States Marine Corps as a Combat Fitness Coordinator. He hopes to not just train the people who come to his classes but educate them about their bodies capabilities. Antonio is a firm believer that strength is health. When not in the weight room Antonio can be found playing Dungeons and Dragons with friends.
