Get ready for a high intensity boot camp class in the pool! Sprint, splash, and swim while building your heart and lungs with under water and stamina exercises like treading water, shoot throughs, and tuck jumps.

John Nagel enjoys exercise & dancing. He is presently teaching the GPX classes, Spinning®, core fusion & cardio dance at the ARC. He has been teaching partner dancing for over 30 year. He graduated with a BA in Social Science from UCI and has an AS in accounting from Mesa College. John’s approach to fitness is to set a realistic goal and then methodically work toward it. Plan your work; work your plan. When it comes to dance, let the music move you.
