Through rhythmic, breath-driven movement and intentional drishti (gaze) work, we’ll shift out of scattered stress and into powerful presence. Expect a strong, steady pace with moments of stillness to anchor your attention—and leave you feeling centered, alert, and in control as we flow to uplifting deep house music!

Andrea is currently a 4th year undergraduate student at SDSU studying Computer Science. After practicing yoga for a couple of years, Andrea grew a passion for the practice of yoga, and it became more than just an exercise. She completed her 200RYT certificate through CorePower Yoga. Andrea’s Sankalpa, or teaching mission, is to hold space with good energy, love, and compassion. Through her classes, she strives to help individuals discover the joy of self-discovery and movement through yoga while holding a safe space for exploration.
