Group Fitness Class Description

Valentine's Partner Yoga (All Levels)

Join us this Sunday, February 11th from 2-3:30PM for Partner Yoga with Daniel D. Bring a friend, partner, or come by yourself and partner with a classmate to explore your yoga practice and mind/body connection further. During this hour and a half class partners will support each other, help each other with balance, and challenge each other to go deeper into stretches.
