  • June 9th 80’s Bodyweight Blast with Camille
    Come take Bodyweight Blast for a fun mix of 80’s athletic exercises! This class will focus on lengthening, toning, and stretching out our muscles. Break out your legwarmers and leotards for class!
  • June 16th Cycle & Upper Body Sculpt with Katie
    Spin the legs, tone the abs, and strengthen the arms!
  • June 23rd Tai Chi with Marcellus
    Melt stress away with meditation in motion. Effective exercise for a healthy mind, body and spirit. Emphasis on relaxation, breath control, and visual and mental concentration through slow balanced movements. Improve posture, circulation, metabolism, neurological-muscular function, accelerated healing and longevity.

    This class will combine joint distraction and self myo-fascial release techniques. You will learn mobility exercises to help unlock your hidden potential in both the gym and in life.

Learn how to samba and do some capoeira to hot songs from the beautiful country of Brazil, combined with other dance forms such as salsa, merengue, and cumbia!
  • July 21st Circuit Challenge: Lower Body Blast with Mariah
    This class will have cardio-infused circuits designed to shred the lower body and challenge your endurance. These circuits will also use a variety of props and equipment that will set those legs on fire! Giving your body the lower body blast it deserves. A leg day like no other!
