About the Triathlon Club

The TRIATHLON CLUB TEAM competes in the West Coast Collegiate Triathlon Conference (WCCTC). The team promotes competitive and recreational cycling, running, swimming, and all distance triathlons. The group organizes rides, runs, and swims on a weekly basis and is open to all current students at SDSU. Whether you are new to any of the sports, or have been racing for many years, we welcome all ages, genders, and skill levels!

The triathlon racing season is predominantly in the Spring semester. Our members come from very diverse backgrounds, including students with more swimming experience, biking experience, or running experience. The triathlon team competes in the West Coast Collegiate Triathlon Conference (WCCTC).

Competition

Triathlon Club has 4-6 weekends of racing per season. Races are located throughout California, to include UCLA, Stanford, Cal Poly, and UCSD. All members will benefit from team oriented training, development of skills, and sponsorships to aid in the purchasing of equipment.
