Women's Lacrosse Club History

Founded in 2003, the WOMEN’S LACROSSE CLUB Team dominated Division II of the Western Women’s Lacrosse League (WWLL) early in its existence. In 2005, the Lady Aztecs moved up to Division I where they have proven themselves as a top contending team season after season. The Women’s Club Lacrosse team won the southern division of the WWLL four times, and was ranked 5th in the nation for women’s club teams in 2007.

For the 2014-2015 season, the team qualified and competed at the WCLA National Championship held in Virginia Beach, VA where the placed 14th in the nation.
