SDSU Dance
Team History
The SDSU DANCE TEAM began in the fall of 1998. Since then, the team has grown and won numerous national titles, including their first Division 1A Hip-Hop National Title in January 2020. The team continues to dominate the competitive collegiate dance community, earning top placements such as second place in Division 1A Hip-Hop in 2023 and 2025.
This year, the SDSU Dance Team advanced to finals in both routines, making program history in the D1A Jazz Category, placing 5th. Many graduates of this team have gone on to dance professionally. The SDSU Dance Team looks forward to another promising year of entertaining its fans!
