About Sport Club
The WOMXN’S RUGBY CLUB, established in 2019, is the newest club team at SDSU. During the 2022-2023 school year, the team had an undefeated preseason and placed second in the Division II Women’s Pacific Desert Rugby Conference. We competed in the 7s and 15s Division II National Championships, ranking 5th nationally in both. Our goal this upcoming year is to continue expanding and fostering a high level of competition in 7s and 15s rugby. The team welcomes all individuals with a strong work ethic and any level of athletic experience to come out and give rugby a try!
