Get Course Credit for Climbing Trips:

Meet for one hour and forty minutes once a week for eight weeks and then participate in a weekend climbing trip at Joshua Tree, Mission Gorge and/or a local climbing gym and receive one unit of credit. RTM 305 & 489 also offer course credit for climbing trips.

Climbing Wall Orientations:

Completion of Orientation class is required to climb
Offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm and 7:30pm
You learn:
- Safety and etiquette
- Equipment use and care
- Belaying skills and communication
- Avoiding risk and injury
- Safety policies and procedures

The climbing wall is free if you are an ARC member. Check here for (Prices). We provide orientations, climbing shoes, harness and on-site supervision.

You do not have to have any level of experience to climb, but regardless of your experience, you must participate in an orientation. After you take the orientation, you are free to climb whenever the wall is open.
