Aztec Recreation facility rentals are available for SDSU campus clubs and organizations, as well as non-affiliated groups*. Reservations may be requested on a first-come-first-serve basis at least 15 business days prior to the requested date for the spaces listed in the drop down menu on this form. Large events and non-affiliated groups must submit requests at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. Form submission does not guarantee availability for your event.
*Off campus groups are not eligible for reservations during the academic year. Reservations will be limited to summer and non-peak times (e.g. winter or spring break) provided space is available.
