Standing Hamstring Curl

Setup: Adjust machine to desired resistance and adjust pads so they rest just above ankle.

Step 1


Step 1:

Place both feet on platform with back of the ankles in contact with pad & grasp handles.

Step 2


Step 2:

Keep a slight bend in standing leg and on an exhale curl opposite leg toward buttocks.

Step 3


Step 3:

Slowly lower to repeat the same leg. Do not release the weight fully between repetitions.
