Erica Tollefson

Group Fitness Experience

Erica has been teaching fitness class for 12 years and still loves teaching
as much as she did when she first started. She is a graduate of Springfield
College in Massachusetts, class of 1999, with a B.S. in Exercise Science.
She became interested in fitness in high school when she was very
overweight. She began working out, losing weight and fell in love with
being healthy. "I teach fitness classes because I want to share my
knowledge with others who are trying to get in shape or stay in shape."
Currently, Erica is taking a break from full-time fitness and is a stay at
home mom with her newborn daughter.
