DESCRIPTION: Join us on Centennial Walkway to visit with and learn about campus resources for health and wellness as we kick off Mending Minds week.

DESCRIPTION: This class is a great opportunity to build both muscular strength and endurance in the legs through 30 minutes of cycling. Finish off this beginner friendly workout with 15 minutes of abdominal work!

Turtle Pond Yoga
DESCRIPTION: Join us at Scripps Cottage by the Turtle pond to celebrate Mending Minds Mental Health Awareness week! This class uses breath-synchronized movement to create internal heat and enhance focus. Dynamic, flowing posture sequences will build strength and flexibility.
NOTE: Must register ahead of time in the Aztec Recreation App. Aztec Recreation membership is required.

Getting Unstuck
(C&PS)
DESCRIPTION: Do you feel emotionally tangled up? Are you often caught up in overthinking or self-criticism? Have you lost touch with the things that matter most to you? Based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this group incorporates evidence-based strategies to help you cultivate greater self-understanding and psychological flexibility so that you can respond to life's challenges more effectively. Join us to learn how to get "unstuck" and live life on your terms.

Deep Stretch Yoga & Meditation
DESCRIPTION: In this class you will practice elongating and stretching every muscle so you leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Poses will be held for a few cycles of breath to increase range of motion. If you are ’stiff’ and looking to improve flexibility then this is the class for you. Each class will end with a small meditation practice.

DESCRIPTION: Feeling stressed? Just needing to talk with someone? Talk It Out is a drop-in service that provides students with easy access to informal and confidential consultation with our C&PS counselors. Although Talk It Out counselors are professionals, it is not a substitute for therapy and does not constitute mental health treatment.

Boxing Fitness
DESCRIPTION: Get ready for a total body workout that will combine boxing techniques, heavy bag work, and more! Participants will learn boxing basics on the floor then take moves to the bag. Learn to execute a variety of heart pumping punches while gaining muscular endurance. This class does not require prior boxing experience.

Live Well Aztecs 3v3 Speed Soccer Tournament
DESCRIPTION: Play or just come for the prizes! Register your team in the Fusion Play app to participate in the Live Well 3v3 Speed Soccer Tournament. This event will take place on the ENS 700 Field. Interested in coming to watch the action? Join us at the event to earn a free t-shirt and get entered into the opportunity drawing!

Aztec Adventure Shamrock Send Climbing Competition
DESCRIPTION: Come test your luck at the annual Shamrock Send Climbing Competition taking place Friday, March 14th at the ARC Climbing Wall. This competition will consist of Beginner, Intermediate, and Advance divisions for both Top Rope and Bouldering routes. All levels of climbers are welcome. Climbers may register for the morning session (9:00am-12:30pm) or the afternoon session (1:00pm-4:30pm) Climbers may compete at any time during their registered session Each climber will receive a t-shirt and entrance into an opportunity drawing for more prizes Awards will be presented to the top climbers in each division category (male, female, non-binary) Wear your green - we hope to see you there!

Adapted Sports Showcase
DESCRIPTION: Join us on Mar 14, 2025 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Student Union Courtyard for a Paralympic discussion panel, adapted sports exhibition and a disability resource fair hosted by SDSU Adapted Athletics, Aztec Adaptive Sports, and Adapted Sports Physical Therapy. Panelists will include SDSU's Michelle Cross and Alicia Guerrero, as well as Paralympic athletes Rudy Garcia-Tolsen and Kelly Becherer. Pizza will be provided. The event is open to the community and we hope to see you there!
