The study of jujitsu teaches humility while instilling confidence, gets one in amazing shape while learning to not rely on physical attributes and it teaches how to win by understanding your losses. The smallest opponent can defeat the biggest by using angles and manipulating leverage, making it as much a thinking game as a physical sport.
