The Adventure Leadership I course aims to instruct on the theoretical & practical application of principles of group development, dynamics, the essentials for facilitation, and technical high ropes course skills enhancing the skills necessary to derive learning through group initiatives in Challenge Course Technology. Course provides a comprehensive introduction for those new to facilitating team challenge/adventure programs. In order to complete Adventure Leadership I, students must attend, participate, and successfully complete the necessary assignments for 8 classroom sessions. The Registration Fee covers the cost of the course instruction and required weekend component.
