This is an intermediate course to Hip Hop dance. The daily warm-up portion of class will include stretching, coordination exercises, core exercises, instruction on physiology, and movement efficiency. An emphasis will be placed on dance musicality, body conditioning, and freedom of expression to complement the choreography taught in class. Students will be able to create their own dance choreography for their final dance projects with performance quality.
