This course is an introduction to mountain biking. Students will review and learn about riding skills and techniques, bike anatomy, cycling gear, and basic bike maintenance. Bikes, helmets, and water bottles will be provided but you are welcome to use your own.
This course includes ten instructional sessions, online assignments, and completion of a daylong mountain biking trip with Aztec Adventures instructional staff. Additional trip information provided on the first day of class.
