This course is an introduction to mountain biking. Students will go over riding skills, techniques, bike anatomy, cycling
gear, and basic bike maintenance. Bikes, helmets, and water bottles will be provided but you are welcome to bring your
own.This course includes ten instructional sessions, online assignments, and completion of a daylong mountain biking
trip with Aztec Adventures. Additional trip information provided on the first day of class.
