This course will focus on basic indoor volleyball skills, rules, and knowledge. Classes will include lecture, skill practice, and scrimmage play. Participants will be expected to actively participate in each class. Grades will be based on mainly on participation but will also include demonstration of skills and knowledge of the game based on lecture material.
