In this course, the physical application of theories and concepts of Jiu Jitsu are practiced with an emphasis on leverage over strength, and position over speed. Each class begins with a warm up consisting of a group of movements consistent with situational positions in Jiu Jitsu. Practical application of each technique will reinforce the learning objectives through live drills.
