ENS Credit Classes - Spring 2022

This course is designed to build upon an already existing yoga practice and offer a thorough understanding of the yoga principles along with a challenging practice. Each class will offer a short lecture about a specific yoga principle, an open forum about principle, a physical practice applying principle and close with feedback about the topic and postures. An emphasis is placed on having the student confidently practice yoga on their own to improve their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
