This course will teach students the basics of climbing movements, techniques, and fitness activities to improve climbing strength and flexibility. Students will be introduced to climbing vocabulary, different types of climbing, and proper equipment use. This course is designed for individuals who have no experience and are interested in learning more about the climbing industry. The course includes instructional sessions, online assignments, and skills assessments.
