This course is an introduction to mountain biking. Students will review and learn about riding skills and techniques, bike anatomy, cycling gear, and basic bike maintenance. Bikes and helmets will be provided but you are welcome to use your own.
The first day of class meets at AMC building across from the Aztec Recreation Center (ARC). Most class days class will meet off campus at Mission Trails or Chollas Lake. Class location schedule and transportation information will be provided during the first class meeting and in the syllabus.
