This course examines the theory and techniques of women’s self-defense. Content focuses on methods of recognizing and avoiding dangers, as well as the acquisition of skills and strategies of an effective physical defense. Students should expect to fall, grab, kick, and strike. Loose comfortable workout clothes required, no street clothes or jeans allowed.
