In this intermediate course, the physical application of theories and concepts of Jiu Jitsu previously acquired are further practiced with an emphasis on Half Guard Position. Additionally, leverage over strength and position over speed when chaining multiple techniques will also be a major focus. Each class begins with a warm up consisting of a group of movements consistent with situational positions in Jiu Jitsu. Practical application of each technique will reinforce the learning objectives through live drills.
