Taekwondo is a martial arts sport that trains bare-hand offensive and defensive techniques and specializes in agile and explosive kicks. This non-belt-grading introductory course will give overall experience in Taekwondo and encourage beginners to continue further training. More advanced techniques will be demonstrated and guided for experienced and proficient students. Techniques and drills adapted from other martial arts styles will also be taught to give students a wider perspective and understanding of combat sports and self defense.
