Sam Forsythe
Sam Forsythe has been practicing martial arts for the past 28 years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. He is a 5th degree Black Belt (Master)in Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt, And level 1 KravMaga instructor. For the past 11 years he has been running the martial arts program at San Diego Global Vision Academy for grade levels k-8 while also running his own studio. Aside from teaching martial arts, he has provided one-on-one and group counseling to youth and adults, as well as provide ABA therapy to special needs children. Sam Forsythe has been a local, state, and national champion in Tae Kwon Do, a colligate athlete at Fort Lewis College, Semi Pro football champion, and 2-time state champ and Helix High School.
