ARC Weight Room
The ARC Expansion and Renovation was completed August 18, 2022. Come check out 134,000 square feet filled with fitness equipment, 6 gymnasiums, a track, five fitness studios, Olympic lifting, climbing and bouldering, a quiet lounge, Shake Smart, gender neutral locker rooms and much more.
In the weight room, you will find high quality strength training equipment including free weights, benches and racks, Olympic lifting platforms, functional trainers, and plate loaded machines from brands including Hammer Strength®, Iron Grip®, Precor® and Life Fitness®.
