How to Make a Reservation

ONLINE RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Open Online Registration website

    RETURNING MEMBERS:
    Login with username/password
    USE "Login" BUTTON. Do not click keyboard “enter” or “return”

    FIRST TIME VISITING:
    Select “Create Login?”
    Enter the email address on file with Aztec Recreation
    Login credentials will be emailed to you
    Return to Secure Registration page using your username and password
  2. Select“Reservations” tile
  3. Select Category drop down menu: Facility Reservation or Group Fitness
  4. Select Class: choose preferred location or specific class
  5. Select Date
  6. Click on “Search” button
  7. Choose Time Frame
  8. Click on Class Name (in red) to see program details
  9. Click “Enroll”
  10. Review reservation details
  11. Click “Register” button to complete your reservation


Upon completion you will see your confirmation. If incorrect or unable to attend, please CANCEL your reservation at least two hours in advance.

TO CANCEL A RESERVATION

If you are unable to attend, please CANCEL your reservation two hours or more in advance.

  1. Login
  2. Select “Account Information” tile
  3. Select “Reservation Report”
  4. Enter date range
  5. Select “Show Report”
    • click workout time or class to be cancelled (in red)
    • click “Cancel Booking”

Reservations are for Aztec Recreation members and are required to visit Aztec Recreation facilities and participate in membership programs.

  • Reservations may be booked 48 hours to one hour in advance.
  • All participants must exit the facility at the end of their reservation to allow for deep cleaning and disinfecting.
  • Members may have one reservation per facility per day. Please cancel your reservation two hours prior to the start time if you will be unable to attend.
  • Prior to arrival, please go to our Member Waiver, read and sign the waiver online. Bring a screenshot of the signature page on your phone to show to our staff when you check-in for your workouts.

Reservation Options

All reservations are 75 minutes in length with the exception of Group Fitness class reservations, which are for specified class times and enable access to the class location.

  • For Aquaplex swim reservations, you may arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your reservation for check in or at any point during your reservation block. Swim reservations will include a lane assignment.  Aquaplex swim & fitness & tennis Location Map

    Abdominal Trainers:
