The ARC Expansion and Renovation was completed August 18, 2022. Come check out 134,000 square feet filled with fitness equipment, 6 gymnasiums, a track, five fitness studios, Olympic lifting, climbing and bouldering, a quiet lounge, Shake Smart, gender neutral locker rooms and much more.

This unique studio has numerous options for all levels of martial arts practitioners including padded floors, wall pads, and heavy bags. The Mat Studio is 1,400 square feet and is located on the north end of Level 2 with entry from the east side.
