Group Fitness classes are included in membership. We have yoga mats and props, Pilates balls, stability balls, jelly bells, physio balls, battle ropes, sandbags, and lots of other great equipment so you don’t need to bring anything to class! All classes are drop-in, no advance registration is required.

Group Fitness Etiquette:
For safety reasons, entry 10 minutes past class start time or when class has reached capacity is not permitted. Early arrival is recommended.
Unless stated otherwise ALL Group Fitness classes are 50 minutes long
Get the heart pumping and work on cardiovascular fitness through aerobic, as well as anaerobic training.
These classes focus on increasing flexibility, as well as developing strength, especially in the core.
These classes focus on developing muscle definition and increasing strength through resistance training.
Combine cardiovascular and aerobic training with a dance influence in order to make the workout more enjoyable while you sweat!
