Group Fitness Classes are open to All experience levels!
Looking to sculpt and elongate the muscles in your core, glutes, legs, torso and arms? This Barre-based classes uses light free weights and body weight to develop awareness of your posture and help you achieve better balance and muscular endurance.
Dance/StrengthThis class is a great opportunity to build both muscular strength and endurance in the legs through 30 minutes of cycling. Finish off this beginner friendly workout with 15 minutes of abdominal work!
Cardio/StrengthThis class is a great cardiovascular workout that is perfect for all fitness levels. Pedal through sprints, hills, intervals, and more to energizing music that is sure to make you sweat. Our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats. No experience required!
CardioLooking for a restorative blend of mindful breathing and flowing yoga postures? Release tension and improve flexibility with this blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. This class is ideal for recovery, balance, alignment, and mental focus.
Mind BodyIn this mat-based class you will improve muscle control, posture, flexibility, and coordination in a heated studio environment with temperatures reaching up to 95. Experience exercises designed to maximize core strength, while sculpting the muscles of the trunk and hips. Be sure to bring a towel and a full bottle of water, and arrive on time—no late entry allowed.
Mind Body/StrengthLooking to combine the flow of Vinyasa with the added challenge of a heated environment? This class uses breath-synchronized movement to create internal heat and enhance focus while the studio temperature is elevated to promote deep stretching and detoxification. Flow through dynamic sequences that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Bring a towel, a full water bottle, and an open mind as you experience the transformative power of movement in a heated space. No late entry allowed.
