Come ready to sweat, slay, and show up exactly as you are.
DanceCome ride and groove to your favorite Just Dance tunes. Just Dance Cycle Core is a high-energy, rhythm-driven cardiovascular workout perfect for all fitness levels. Pedal through sprints, hills, intervals, and more while moving to energizing, dance-inspired music that will make you sweat and smile. This class is a great opportunity to build both muscular strength and endurance in the legs through 30 minutes of cycling. Finish off this beginner-friendly workout with 15 minutes of abdominal work! This fun ride combines the excitement of dance with the power of cycling, keeping you motivated from start to finish. Our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats. No experience required!
Cardio/StrengthMario Kart Hip Hop is a high-energy class that combines hip hop dance with the fun and excitement of Mario Kart. Dancers learn fun hip hop moves through playful, game-inspired choreography that builds confidence and coordination.
DanceNext Level Barre takes classic barre movements and turns up the challenge. This full-body sculpt class focuses on small, controlled movements to strengthen and tone your legs, glutes, arms, and core while improving balance and stability. Each section of class builds like a new level, pushing you to refine your form, increase endurance, and feel the burn in all the right places. All fitness levels are welcome. Options are provided so you can level up at your own pace and finish class feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.
Dance/StrengthLevel up through a Nintendo Inspired Total Body workout where each Mario Kart power-up increased the challenge. Strength, Power, and Endurance build every round as we race toward the end!

StrengthBarless barre is a workout designed to challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility. Using light free weights and your own body weight, you’ll target your core, glutes, legs, torso, and arms through precise, controlled movements. This class will help improve mobility, enhance muscle endurance, and leave you feeling energized and empowered!
Dance/StrengthLooking to sculpt and elongate the muscles in your core, glutes, legs, torso and arms? This Barre-based classes uses light free weights and body weight to develop awareness of your posture and help you achieve better balance and muscular endurance.
Dance/StrengthGet ready for a total body workout that will combine boxing techniques, heavy bag work, and more! Learn to execute a variety of heart pumping punches while gaining muscular endurance. This class does not require prior boxing experience.
Cardio/StrengthRelax in this gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures next to the glow of soft calming candles. Poses will be held with an emphasis on deepening flexibility and calming the mind. *Class meets in Templo Mayor (2nd floor of the Student Union)*

If you are looking to get out of your regular routine, dig deep, and this class will challenge you from the inside out!
