Join us for TRX - a workout that combines suspension training and high intensity interval training focused on increasing strength, power, and endurance! Suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

With a lifelong interest in sports and fitness, Brandon’s wellness journey began at a young age. Growing up in the suburbs  of Chicago, Brandon transferred to SDSU to study Sociology. Finding a passion to help people, Brandon began teaching youth PE and sports through the YMCA after graduating. Upon furthering his education in health and fitness, he began a career in teaching and helping others achieve their own goals and helping them be the best version of themselves, all while having fun!
