Shake up your routine and have fun exploring this style of dance. This low impact cardio workout is excellent for toning hips and belly. Improve your posture and confidence. This workshop includes dance warm-ups, belly dance moves in place and across the floor, and a short combination. This is fusion belly dance, mostly Egyptian style with elements of tribal and other dance. Wear clothes you can move in. Dance bare foot or in dance shoes. Bring a scarf or belly dance belt to wrap around hips.
