Chrissy is a Kinesiology major and Communications minor at SDSU. She is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and enjoys teaching classes at the ARC! She continues to develop her knowledge about functional fitness and the human body through her courses and own continuing education, and is passionate about fitness and building a fitness community. Chrissy is an encouraging resource for participants and strives to help them find the fun in fitness and to achieve their goals. Additionally, she believes that engaging in physical activity creates benefits in many other aspects of our lives, including feeling more confident, enhancing ones mood, and having more energy. Chrissy is from the Bay Area, grew up playing competitive soccer, enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and hanging out with friends and family. She is excited to meet all her participants and create a positive impact!
