Do you ever just want to jump around when an awesome song comes on the speakers? Or let loose and have a dance party? Dance & Tone will not only give you the ability to move and express yourself but will work your accessory muscles to help engage your entire mind, body and soul! Come for a dance party followed by strength exercises to work your muscles and get ready for your weekend!

Ariella is absolutely thrilled to be a part of the ARC staff! She is a geology major at SDSU and is involved with the SDSU Triathlon Club team, the Hillel Community Center and Fowler Athletic Center. A healthy lifestyle is one of Ariella’s top priorities, and she can’t wait to share her love for fitness through teaching at the ARC. She is very passionate about dance, running, hiking, cooking and art. She hopes she can motivate her peers as much as they motivate her. She encourages you to strive for whatever you dream of and never give up! Please feel free to approach her after class with any questions, comments or constructive class criticism. "Be happy.
