CLASS TYPE: Strength


Train your core with much more than crunches and sit ups! The core consists of the abdominals, obliques, pelvic muscles, back and glutes. A strong core can help improve athletic performance, posture and balance. Be prepared to feel the burn with added resistance using bodyweight, dumbells, and more.

With a lifelong interest in sports and fitness, Brandon’s wellness journey began at a young age. Growing up in the suburbs  of Chicago, Brandon transferred to SDSU to study Sociology. Finding a passion to help people, Brandon began teaching youth PE and sports through the YMCA after graduating. Upon furthering his education in health and fitness, he began a career in teaching and helping others achieve their own goals and helping them be the best version of themselves, all while having fun!
