Looking to achieve internal balance and reduce tension and unwanted stress? This class uses breath-synchronized movement to create internal heat and enhance focus. Dynamic, flowing posture sequences will build strength and flexibility.

Class Instructor


Jen is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with a passion for empowering yoga students through presence, joy, and movement. Jen completed her Bachelors in Public Health at UC Berkeley, and is currently pursing her Masters in Public Health at SDSU with a concentration in Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences. Jen believes that yoga, mindfulness, and meditation are key interventions to improve stress levels and mental health in university students. She loves to incorporate pranayama (breath control), crafted playlists, and empowerment themes in her yoga classes. She believes that in our yoga practice, we can be strong, balanced, gorgeous, humble, and accepting of ourselves and that our practice reminds us that these qualities are present within us even after we step off the mat.
