Riley Hoofard
Class Instructor
Riley is a 4th year student at SDSU studying Accounting and Spanish. After attending Strength Training for Women at the ARC, she was inspired by the chance to integrate fitness into her daily life and became curious about a career in fitness. Riley took the ENS 138 Group Fitness Instructor Training credit class in Fall 2023 and was determined to become a cycle instructor after taking only a few classes. She loves creating playlists and working her favorite songs into a class through fun themes. Riley believes group fitness classes are a valuable way to build community and self-efficacy, try a variety of formats, and make fitness fun. She hopes to continue learning new formats and potentially open her own gym one day!
