CLASS TYPE: Cardio/Strength


Strengthen and tone your legs, glutes, and core during this lower body focused workout. Combining both high and low intensity movements you will be sure to feel the burn!

Class Instructor


Abby is a current SDSU student pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. She is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, and took the Group Fitness Instructor Training ENS Credit Class at the ARC before getting her certification. Abby is a firm believer that fitness should be used as a way to nourish one's body not to punish it! Abby has a background in gymnastics and strength training and is hoping to share her love of fitness with the SDSU community.
