Ever feel lost or intimidated in the weight room? This class will safely help you learn and improve your front squat, deadlift, and other compound movements while sculpting and defining your muscles. Class is located in the Performance Center and is open to all.

Mia is a current SDSU student majoring in Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy. After dislocating her patella in ballet, she became passionate about rehabilitation and training for a healthy, injury-free body. Mia completed the ENS 138 Group Fitness Instructor Training class and became an ACE-Certified Group Fitness Instructor. In addition to instructing group fitness classes, she hopes to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and become certified in personal training. She is involved in Girl Gains, KORE, and co-founded the Hiking Club on campus.
