Yoga Sculpt
CLASS TYPE: Mind Body/Cardio/Strength


Yoga Sculpt is a high intensity fusion that incorporates hand weights, cardio bursts, and signature yoga postures to help build lean muscle mass, boost metabolism, and enhance flexibility. Components include: flexibility training, full-body resistance training, and core and plyometric conditioning. Functional movements will develop balance, coordination, and strength while integrating breath and mindfulness throughout.

Alysa is a student at San Diego State University currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design. With a deep passion for fitness, she discovered her love for working out through yoga sculpt classes, which have become her favorite form of exercise. Since January 2024, Alysa has been teaching at CorePower Yoga, bringing her high energy and enthusiasm to every class.

Known for her dynamic and invigorating teaching style, Alysa's classes are fueled by a curated playlist featuring 2000s hits, top tunes, and classic rap. She focuses on sculpting the glutes and legs while ensuring that every participant feels strong and empowered. For Alysa, there's nothing more fulfilling than sharing her passion for fitness and empowering others to reach their goals. Join Alysa on the mat for an energizing and uplifting experience!
