Explore fundamental posturesin this foundational Vinyasa yoga class. This foundational unheated Vinyasa class will allow you to learn proper alignment, modifications to take in different postures to focus on different parts of the body, and focus on the continuous breath found in Vinyasa yoga. This class is open to students of all levels!

Andrea is currently a 4th year undergraduate student at SDSU studying Computer Science. After practicing yoga for a couple of years, Andrea grew a passion for the practice of yoga, and it became more than just an exercise. She completed her 200RYT certificate through CorePower Yoga. Andrea’s Sankalpa, or teaching mission, is to hold space with good energy, love, and compassion. Through her classes, she strives to help individuals discover the joy of self-discovery and movement through yoga while holding a safe space for exploration.
