Class Instructor
Sofia Calabrese is currently studying Integrated Marketing Communications at SDSU, and became an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor with Aztec Recreation after completing the ENS 138 Group Fitness Instructor Training course. Sofia loves to combine her passion for fitness with her creative energy to inspire and motivate others, all while focusing on creating a fun, welcoming, and empowering environment for all participants. Sofia’s love for fitness is rooted in her belief that exercise is a powerful tool for physical and mental well-being. She is passionate about helping others feel their best, whether it's through high-energy workouts or mindful movement. With a positive and encouraging approach, Sofia strives to make fitness enjoyable and accessible for everyone, no matter their experience level. When Sofia isn’t teaching, you can find her hiking, experimenting in the kitchen, or capturing moments with her film camera. Her goal is to leave every participant feeling strong, inspired, and ready to conquer their day!
