Heated Vinyasa Yoga
CLASS TYPE: Mind Body


Looking to combine the flow of Vinyasa with the added challenge of a heated environment? This class uses breath-synchronized movement to create internal heat and enhance focus while the studio temperature is elevated to promote deep stretching and detoxification. Flow through dynamic sequences that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Bring a towel, a full water bottle, and an open mind as you experience the transformative power of movement in a heated space. No late entry allowed.

Class Instructor


Andrea is currently a 4th year undergraduate student at SDSU studying Computer Science. After practicing yoga for a couple of years, Andrea grew a passion for the practice of yoga, and it became more than just an exercise. She completed her 200RYT certificate through CorePower Yoga. Andrea’s Sankalpa, or teaching mission, is to hold space with good energy, love, and compassion. Through her classes, she strives to help individuals discover the joy of self-discovery and movement through yoga while holding a safe space for exploration.
